SPARC wanted to help the community.  United Way's Youth as Resources wanted to help them to help the community by funding the project.  So, SPARC, developed a project that involved painting and landscaping some areas of Arc Rehab and submitted the proposal to Youth as Resources.  It was accepted !!  This proposal was planned, developed and completed by youth volunteers.   The adults involved were to "stay out of the way" as much as possible as the youth completed their project.  As you can tell by the photographs, it was a huge success.  Thank you SPARC !!
