It couldn't have happened to a better couple.  Shelby Smith, Employment Consultant, for Job Connection; a division of Arc Rehab Services and his wife Jennifer had a baby boy !!  Logan Hans Smith was born on of all days, July 4th.  His birthday will always have fireworks to go around!  Logan checked in at 8 lbs 15 oz and was 21 1/2 in long.  Congratulations to the happy parents !!
