Indiana Housing is now offering a program parallel to the Fannie Mae HomeChoice program for borrowers using FHA, VA or USDA as their loan type.  This program will allow persons or households with a disability to get a full 10% of the purchase price in down payment assistance up to $14,999.

The borrower must quality for a minimum of 5% down payment assistance through the First Home program, and they will be given the full 10%.  Indiana Housing will require proof of the disability to be included in the application package.
